Sending a note of gratitude to Jason for all his help with this home purchase. We're relocating from the northeast where the market isn't nearly as 'hot' as it is here in the middle Tn area. Our home there took much longer to sell than expected and therefore confusing matters for our search here. Jason helped us by emailing us listings that he thought would fit our family. Knowing we weren't readily available to go look at a home when he'd find a good one, he instead used today's technology to help us with our search, by taking thorough video walk-through's for us which really helped a LOT to determine if it was worth the drive. We can't recommend Jason Murphy enough. Our family had a unique challenge in relocating to Middle Tennessee. We were selling our home in North Carolina, and it was not easy at all to load the family and drive to TN to look at houses every week. We really depended on Jason’s knowledge of the area, property types, lifestyle, amenities, commute times, etc… There were times when we couldn’t make it to TN to look at properties, and he would visit the houses and shoot extensive walk through videos for us. When we did find the right home, there were already offers on the table and more coming. We put a lot of faith in Jason’s care and judgment and it paid off. We put in the right offer- the first time- and we are now in a house that we really love. We avoided months of further searches and offer competitions with other home buyers.
